MiniPost / First Frost

We had our first frost today. The whole day the temperature was around 32F/0C. I don't mind that, as long as it doesn't get much colder. But I know it will because this is Finland we are talking about. There will be snow too. But let's not get ahead of ourselves (*giggle*). Today was actually a nice crisp and sunny day. Too bad I was stuck in a stuffy office most of the day. All I wanted to do was to go walk Jinx outside and breath some fresh air.

Eventually I got off work. I switched to my sneakers and headed outside. I snapped few pictures of the frost around our pond. It was quite pretty!

Tonight there is a big and beautiful full moon and no clouds. It is going to be another cold night. The positive thing about the cold is that the pond will freeze soon. Once it does that, we can go skate on it. That is always fun!

Another fun thing is that my friend Tina from Helsinki will be here tomorrow. It will be awesome to see her! Welcome, Tina!!
