MiniPost / Super Salad

Hey there!

To fight against seasonal colds and the flu, I made myself a super salad for lunch today.

Here's how you can make it too:
-3 carrots (grated)
-1 kiwi sliced
-1 clementine sliced
-handful of cranberries
-sliced almonds

Mix and enjoy!



Besides a refreshing and vitamin packed lunch, I have nothing special going on today. Just work and then probably walking Jinx in the evening.
