I Hate TechSupport!!

Hi there!

I usually don't like to gripe about work on my blog but today I have to make an exception. Basically this is not about my work anyway but more about technical issues at work. I'm very prone to have computer problems (*I swear these machines just break around me*) and once again I had to call our tech support today. It sucked! How hard is it to get some decent help? I'm just saying... This is how I felt after two different calls that I made today:
