Girly Saturday

Good evening!

I have had an awesome girly day today (*smile*). I started it by going to my friend's daughter's 7th birthday party. It was a gloriously sunny day, so I didn't mind to wait for the bus at all. I even snapped a picture for you guys.

I wasn't sure what to get for the birthday girl at first but then I found a great princess activity book along with a story book about fairies. She liked them! Little girls are so cute. I wrapped the books in a Cinderella gift bag (*double cuteness*).

As you know, I love cake. It is simply the best part about birthdays (*well, any sweets really*). Today's cake was super awesome!! Check out this Monster High themed cake my friend had made. Not only was it pretty, it tasted yummy also. It definitely made the party.

After the party I stopped by at Gina Tricot while waiting for my bus back home. They happened to have their organic cotton long sleeved tee's on sale. I got this cute striped one half off. It is really soft and it has long sleeves. I have monkey arms and many shirts are always too short for me. Not this one (*yey*). Oh, and stripes are in fashion this spring (*double yey*).

Besides the shirt, I wanted to try out these nail wraps for an easy makeover for my nails. They are a great way to make party nails for a night! I didn't go out tonight but I tried them on anyway. They are really easy to use, and they have many different designs. This packet of 20 cost 2,95 euros.

Since I was by myself today (*Scott was having a guy day with his friends*), I cooked MY very favorite food for dinner. Chicken, more chicken, mushrooms, onions and red bell peppers in a creamy sauce over pasta. Yummy! I was also very excited because I got to enjoy the dinner while watching KalPa hockey game on tv. KalPa won the game (*wohoo*).

That was my awesome girly day today. Now I'm off to bed. Good night all!
