Riittalicious Valentine

Hello!

I love Valentine's day. What would be more awesome than celebrating your friends and loved ones. Especially in Finland it is more a day for friendship actually. I think it is marvelous! I get to thank my friends for being there for me. I can be as sugary sweet I want to be; make cards and hand out candy. I love it! I love it! 

Here's how I celebrated Valentine's day this year...

I made cards to give out to my friends and relatives.

Simple felt hearts stitched on decorative paper and then glued on card stock. Super easy yet very sweet!

I also stitched words like "pal" or "love".

 My lunch was also very hearty (*giggle, pun intended*). Spinach soup with hard boiled eggs. Check out instructions here how to make your eggs heart shaped too.

 Of course I wore red today, it is the color of luuuv.

 My brother gave me an awesome Valentine's day present. He engraved these little trinkets himself. If you look closely, you can see my name. I'm going to hang them on my keys etc.
