Spring Has Sprung!

Hi ya there!

Spring is here, yey!! Today was a really pretty day with sunshine and warm weather. I loved it. 

This morning wasn't that great though. I was so tired since I happened to wake up in the middle of the night. I needed to go to the bathroom but as you know we don't have one at the moment because of the stupid water damage. I actually had to walk outside to the bathroom that is located right next door. There I was; walking in the dark wearing my pj's at three in the morning. I cursed off the whole world and its water damages. They better reimburse us good for this kind of crap!

Thanks for letting me vent out. I'm sorry if there is too much information but you would do the same if  you felt like this in the morning because you couldn't sleep well...

 

Thank goodness girls are able to make themselves look more awake with makeup (*boys can too if they want, giggle*). So, I put on some bright lip gloss and blush as well as wore my most colorful clothes. I felt instantly better. Plus spring time calls for fun colors. Bye bye black and grey!

After spending the day indoors at work, I wanted to enjoy the nice weather and get some fresh air. So, I took Jinx for his daily walk around the neighborhood and we happened to ran into a willow bush that was full of pussy willows. I adore them! They are so soft and pretty, like little kittens. I had to pick few to take home with me. I won't be able to keep them very long though. I get bad allergies with pollen and such (*sucks*). 

That is why I made a tiny willow bouquet that I'm going to give to my friend who is starting her spring break tomorrow. Kind of a cute send off to her vacation, right? Oh, and if you (*my dear friend*) are reading this post tonight, please act surprised tomorrow (*giggle*).

Last but definitely not least... I'm once again in the competition for outfit of the week. The voting will start tomorrow, so be sure to check my blog then. I will post a link to the voting page. They picked my polka dot outfit this time. I wore it few days ago when I was feeling like summer. I just took my summer dress and winterized it with leather jacket, wool leggings, beanie and boots. I'm glad the tabloid liked my outfit too!
