Fall Time In Finland

Happy Monday!

After you see my next pics you understand why I haven't been sitting on my computer and writing my blog. We have had the most wonderful fall weather in Finland and I have spent most of my free time outdoors. I hope you enjoy these pics as much as I had fun taking them.

One gorgeous Saturday at my dad's place in the countryside.

The wind was cold but the air was so fresh.

My dad's garden has all types of pretty flowers. Like this sunflower.

Or this orange one... not sure about the name.

Or this pink one.

Jinx was not happy to having to pose. He wanted to run free!

 My dad's yard.

We chopped down a sunflower for me to take it home.

Enjoying the sun.

Another Saturday we went for a hike at Orinoro, Leppävirta.

Jinx was with us too, of course!

Weather wasn't sunny but it wasn't too cold either. Just perfect for 6km / 3,7mi hike.

How cool is this gorge?

Such a cool hiking place.

You have to take a selfie in a place like this.

Orinoro is located about an hour drive from Kuopio to down South. It is definitely worth a trip!

An old building along the hiking path.

Nice view from the Leppävirta bridge.

Sunny Sunday and the Kuopio museum.

I can feel the winter getting closer to us... it is already in the air.

 Summer's last roses.

 Gorgeous sunset at Niuvanranta, Kuopio.

 Scott took this panorama pic.
