Hello again!
Yet another day of vacation in the magical place called Kasnäs. Today started so awesome with relaxing morning exercises on the beach while the sun was still rising.
We also had a wild herb class, more fitness testing as well as hydro spinning class (*yes, it was biking in a pool*) and a round of minigolf.
All these activities make sure that we are all beat at the end of the day. Before I say good night I want to share today's pictures.

herb walk how cool! Speaking of herbs - are those rose hips in the first photo? You told me your mom would have you drink nettles in spring - how did she know about herbs?
