Week At Kasnäs - Day 5

Hello!

My oh my, how quickly time goes by when you are having fun. It is already day five. Today I had extra fun in the form of scuba diving. I have never tried it before, so I didn't know what to expect but I really liked it! Anyway as always less talk and more pics. Enjoy!

I just love the colors of the clouds and sky here at dawn and dusk.

This morning we did breathing exercises and stretching on the beach while the sun was rising. It was a very nice start to our day!

Good morning! Ready for some gentle morning workout.

Good breakfast equals happy Riitta.

Next we had a scuba diving class at the Kasnäs pool area. I have never tried it before, so I was very excited. Here's a pic from the locker room of the Kasnäs spa hotel.

I had so much fun!! The teacher Petri Järvinen was really good and I had no fear of diving after instructions he gave us.

Diving with a buddy.

I'm pretending to be a sea monster and attack my diving partner. I was having way too much fun diving (*giggles*) .

Sitting at the bottom of the pool.

I'd love to go diving in tropical waters.

After scuba diving we went for a little walk. I have come to a conclusion that long hair and stormy sea winds don't mix very well...

Beautiful rock formations.

I found blue mussel shells. No pearls though.

More pretty rocks.

A swan swimming in the harbour.

My favorite lunch; ribs! All the food here has been really good. My only complaint is the lack of desserts but I guess were are on a sports and wellness vacation...

Yup. You guessed it. Next we had a refreshing walk in the pouring rain.

Our group hanging out since it was our last night here.
