Whether black or technicolor, minimalist or large and dramatic, capes and ponchos are in all the stores and fashion magazines. I have to admit though that I'm a bit late with this trend because they have indeed been in fashion for a while I just never really took a liking to them. According to the all the fashion pictures, you can slip one on with a pair of skinny jeans or go for saucy with a mini and a pair of high boots. So, since they seemed like they are very verstile, I decided to give this trend a go and I bought myself a poncho. I opted for a knitted black one. I figured black is a safe color and it should be fairly warm since it is made out this soft thick yarn. My poncho also has little sleeves and that should help me at work, so I don't feel like I have a blanket around me (*wink*). I bought mine from the store where my sister works at. It is called Tuulis and it is in Varpaisjärvi. My poncho costed 40 euros and the brand is called Aper. Here's couple pictures of it.
So far I'm liking my poncho because it is really warm and I don't have to worry about the shirt under the poncho. It can be wrinkly and no one will know. I start to understand why everybody likes ponchos. Do you have one already?
