Hello!
I got the results for my BodyAge-test that I took last weekend at my company's Winter Sports Carnival.

The test showed that.... Drumroll please..... My REAL body's age is 24!
I think I did pretty good. Especially because I had a cold and I was running a fever. I think it would have been 22 if I wasn't sick. At least I'm going to make myself to believe that (*giggle*). I received the results with tips how to lower my body's age even more. Basically I need to keep doing what I am already doing; exercising regularly, eating good and sleeping enough.
Talking about being sick. I went to the doctor's office yesterday because my temperature was still high and my voice was raspy. The doc told me that I have a fricking sinus infection! I got the rest of the week off from work and I'm not allowed to do sports. I don't mind having paid time off from work but I hate not being able to exercise. I do understand that it is not good to your heart to workout while sick because the poor heart is already under a strain because of the sickness. So, I will take it easy.
I got antibiotics to cure the infection away, and stuff to relieve my sinus congestion. Plus I was told to take ibuprofen for the fever and headache. Basically my breakfast consisted mainly just pills this morning (*laugh*). I hate the antibiotic because it makes me really drowsy. All I want to do is to sleep. But I guess that is a good thing. Besides, it is so cold outside again, -25C / -18F, that I wouldn't want to do anything there anyway. I guess I will watch an old movie that I have seen before. That way it doesn't matter if I fall asleep in the middle of it...
That's it for today. If I'm not writing any more posts this week, that's because I'm dosed out on the couch...
