Hello!
This weekend went by so quick. My niece came to hang out with us and we had a blast together. Here's pictures what we did this weekend.
We played with Jinx.
Jinx has a new toy hammer. He is not sure if he likes it or not. If you tell him to fetch the hammer, he brings you his toy rope. Silly Jinx!
Saturday we treated ourselves to some frozen goodies. Mine was raspberry-strawberry sherbet.
My niece had a cone of pear ice cream.
Shop till you drop! Us taking a rest at a park because our feet were hurting from walking around the city.
Sunday we baked a chocolate cobbler.
It is sinfully good, especially when you eat it with ice cream. You will need to remind me to post the recipe some time...
While the cobbler was baking in the oven, we painted our nails.
What a perfect weekend; shopping, chocolate and sparkly nails. Plus couple of movies and sleeping in late. What did you do?
Sounds like a perfect girl's weekend. I on the other hand left the cakes to be eaten by my family and headed out for a 26km run. Doing my very best in getting back to my running routine. :)
ReplyDeleteI should start to get back to my exercise routine as well. I actually did sign up for a kettlebell class for tomorrow and pilates on Thursday. But I will still eat the cake too...
ReplyDeleteI miss my hot yoga classes and will be getting back them after I am done with the marathon which is in mid August. And I save the cakes for the winter because now I am all about the ice cream. :)
