No, Jinx is not the winner. He was the official raffle mascot/administrator. He made sure that the raffle was conducted fairly. I'm not sure if Jinx really understood what he was supervising but he looked really cute (*giggle*).
Anyway, I will be mailing these two Shoreline Sightseeing Chicago river tour tickets to.... the United States of America... They will go to a girl... and her name is RuthAnn!! Congratulations!!!!
