I'm on a roll! Here's more pics from our trip to the USA. This time I want to share pictures from a trip to the Rhapsody In Green festival in Elkhart, Indiana. It was so much fun to spend time with friends, eat carnival food and enjoy the festival.
Before going to the festival, we stopped to pick up my friend Emily. Bless her heart, she had baked me lavender sugar cookies! They were so delicious! You could taste a hint of lovely lavender plus they smelled very, very yummy!

Rhapsody In Green was held at Elkhart Island Park.
Lots of other people had turned up too to check out the festival.
It was a hot and humid day - perfect time to wear a mini skirt!

After a while we got hungry and decided to get some corn dogs.

What not to love? All beef hot dog deep fried in a yummy corn flour batter.

Rhapsody In Green also had an old car show.
Besides vintage cars, they also had bunch of bands playing for everyone to enjoy.
Having fun on a hot day took its toll and we had to get something to cool us down. Shaved iced did the trick.
