Coast Of Catalonia

Hola!

Yep, more pictures again. This time they are from our road trip to the Catalonian coastline also known as Costa Brava. It was a beautiful day to drive curvy roads up and down the mountains and stop off to cuter than cute coastal towns. I could write a ton of words that praise the beauty of Costa Brava but let's just get to the pictures and you get idea too...

Walking around in one of the towns. I'm sorry but I lost track of the names we visited. There were so many of them and my Spanish is horrible, so I don't remember them. Also, boys were our designated drivers, so us girls just looked pretty in the back seat (*wink*).

Gorgeous house and flowers.

Walking down the beach.

I love summer and warm weather!

Color overload.

I could definitely spend more time in these surroundings.

Even the street signs look cute.

Our drivers did a great job taking us girls to see the Catalonian sights.

Happy Scottie.

Posing.

I swear every house is cuter than the previous one (*giggle*).

Little beach and a group of school kids spending a biology class outdoors.

The kids were catching little fish and other sea creatures to buckets.

Since the kids were climbing around the rocks, we figured we would do the same.

We didn't catch any sea creatures but we did take some beautiful pictures.

Katri liking the fresh sea air.

I asked for a "just married" look and got this (*haha*).

Here we go! Much better.

I could so live here.

All types of slimy&pretty things growing on the rocks.

Since we're not kids anymore, it took more effort to climb around the rocks but it was fun!

Anytime I get a chance to dip my toes in the sea water, I will.

Some sort of seaweed. Looks like the Grinch fur.

Fake rock climbing.

Scott took this gorgeous shot!

Lunch time in one of the small towns.

Views from top of a mountain.

Don't look down because it is a huge drop!

Group selfie!

More mountain views.

There were poppies everywhere in Catalonia.

Driving up and down the mountains made me little car sick but I still liked our road trip.

I just love that blue shade of the sea.

I look a little car sick in this pic (*giggle*).

Next we stopped for coffee at a beach.

Since I don't drink coffee I had a blue raspberry slushie.

It was in the middle of the week, so the beach was pretty empty.

Laying around the beach.

Collecting pretty rocks from the beach.

Salty sea water!

Bikini season is finally here (*yey*).

I'll go back to this moment in my memories when a dark&rainy month of November is on us.

Driving back to our villa.

Katri and I went for a walk in the countryside around our villa.

In the middle of nowhere. It was great to be the only tourists in the small town of Sils.

Dinner time! Steak and grilled peaches with toasted bread.

And that's all the pictures for today. These last pics made me super hungry, so I better go cook something before it is bedtime. Have a great night everyone!!
