Hello!
Yey! Christmas is finally here. I'm getting ready to spend the holidays with my family but before I do so I want to share more pictures filled with Christmas joy and happiness from Finland.
Snowy view of Puijo.
Jinx pretending to be Santa.
Hmm... does this reindeer look a lot like Santa in the previous picture (*giggle*).
"What Santa, where?"
Walking in the winter wonderland.
Nature's own Christmas decorations.
It is so nice to see some color in the midst of all the white snow.
Gorgeous!
Bitter cold wind from the Lake Kallavesi.
I'm not sure why Jinx was licking his lips. We had no food with us because this wasn't a long hike. Just a little walk by the shoreline.
This little tree reminded me of Charlie Brown's xmas tree.
I made a snowball lantern last week. It shined so bright!
Snowball lanterns are very traditional Finnish winter decorations.
Night view from our living room window. City lights colored the sky reddish.
My outfit for the last day of work before Christmas vacation. Holidays are a great excuse to wear all possible glitter and bling available (*laugh*).
On my way to work with my Santa hat.
Beautiful church in Kuopio.
I wish everyone Happy Holidays and a wonderful New Year!
